Crossing Automation's Partner Services Program is a full suite of service and support capabilities being provided to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to support their semiconductor equipment through Crossing's global service organization. With this program, OEMs can leverage Crossing's global service organization to provide their customers with a broad range of turnkey capabilities.
Crossing has established an extensive global network of highly trained field service personnel. The company's service personnel, spare parts and RMA facilities are positioned to respond quickly to customer needs in every major semiconductor manufacturing region across Asia, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and North America.
