- Your name, Company Name and phone number where you can be reached
- Your software product code. This appears on the label on your
distribution media, and is displayed when you run the software.
- The serial number of your software (for example, 1234). This
appears on the gummed label on your distribution media.
- The version number of your software (for example, 3.00S).
