Partner Services Program

Partner Services Program is a full suite of service and support capabilities being provided to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to support their semiconductor equipment through Asyst's Global Service organization. With this program, OEMs can leverage Asyst's Global Service organization to provide their Customers with a broad range of turnkey capabilities.

As the largest provider of fab automation systems, Asyst has established an extensive global network of highly trained field service personnel. The company's service personnel, spare parts and RMA facilities are positioned to respond quickly to customer needs in every major semiconductor manufacturing region across Asia, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and North America.

Asyst Partner Services can be tailored to the needs of each OEM customer. A sample of available offerings includes:

  • first line field support with on-site response capability
  • preventative and corrective maintenance programs
  • performance optimization
  • integrated product training
  • product installation services
  • telephone tech support with issue tracking and resolution
  • single-point logistics for spare parts, returns and repairs
  • regional spares stocking with performance enhancement metrics
  • after hours support
