Asyst Announces Availability of Webcast for Presentation at
Adams, Harkness & Hill Investor Conference

FREMONT,
Calif.—July 29, 2003 — Asyst Technologies,
Inc. (Nasdaq: ASYT), a leading provider of integrated automation
solutions that maximize semiconductor manufacturing productivity,
today announced the availability of a webcast of the company’s
presentation at Adams, Harkness & Hill’s 23rd Annual
Summer Seminar, to be held at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf
in Boston, MA on August 6, 2003 at 8:00 a.m. EDT.
The webcast
will be available to all interested parties through Asyst’s
