- Link Manager is a compact, cost-effective multiplexer that connects
key front-end components to integrate SMIF I/Os, SECS devices,
and auto-ID technologies like Asyst's SMART-Tag™.
It simplifies integration for the tool controller by converting
CIDRW, SECS, ASCII, CAN, and HSMS protocols and concentrating
different types of connected devices into a single message set
that equipment manufacturers can easily integrate into their tools.
It powers SMART-Tag and AdvanTag™
readers
