SECSIM Pro+™

Asyst’s SECSIM Pro+ is an active test tool for communication interfaces using SEMI’s Semiconductor Equipment Communication Standards (SECS). SECSIM Pro+ is a diagnostic test tool that provides a complete SECS development and run-time environment, with the advantages of a Microsoft Windows® interface. Reliable and easy to use, SECSIM Pro+ makes it possible for users, with or without programming experience, to develop robust test and simulation applications.

SECSIM Pro+ is used to communicate with equipment or automation applications according to SEMI E4 SECS-I (RS 232) or SEMI E37 HSMS (TCP/IP) communications standards. Acting as either a host or equipment side interface, SECSIM Pro+ simulates both ends of the communications link, providing efficient and cost-effective testing. SECSIM Pro+ effortlessly supports multiple lines for complex testing and simulation scenarios.
